Bring back the old version!

I truly likes the older version of this app. I got a pop up one day saying my app needed to be updated, so I did and now I regret it. Im the wife of a fighter fighter and I found the old app easy to read, manageable, you could use emojis directly on the calendar and the best part about it was the calendar share. The calendar share was very, very easy and this new calendar share is too much and too complicated. I dont want it syncing to my icalendar. Thats not necessary. Please fix this or at least make it simplified.
