So irritating...Bought this app over 4 years ago for $6.99.. I was satisfied and it kept up with my schedule well. I suggested this to many of my co-workers at the Sheriffs Office and many of them bought it also. Now youve changed the app and a customer thats used your product and bought it originally- youre going to recharge me $5.99 and then charge me a yearly subscription. Sounds like robbery to me.. I should have shopped else well originally. Very unhappy with the changes. If you need to charge $1 a year subscription I understand. But if I already bought it the first time for $6.99- how are you honestly going to tell me I need to buy it again for $5.99 before I can buy a subscription for a $1 a year. Dirty... Change the way youre doing business and make the old customers happy and grandfather us in or wave the initial purchase price again. Wouldnt not recommend the app to anyone just for the fact of the way theyve treated its original start up customers. Customer service is big and if you cant back your family that was with you from the start I have no use for you.
