I have had this app for years and loved it. I use it daily and have also PURCHASED IT AT 6.99 for my wifes phone--now you pull this sh** disguised as an update! Like all the other loyal customers that paid for this and were tricked into this "update" Im out! and I hope yall spiral down the drain with your deceptive business practices

I downloaded this app approximately five years ago. I paid the one time fee of six bucks because the app was able to manage my fire department schedule (PTO, kelly days etc). Now the developer wants everyone to pay an annual subscription fee,both those who are downloading it for the first time and those whove been loyal users for years. The developer wants YOU to pay to make up for his poor business model. If he is willing to charge folks a second time for the app they ALREADY OWN, whats to prevent him from doing it again, to you. Sounds like theft to me. My advise is to stop using this app if you currently are and dont download it if you havent yet or be prepared to be disappointed. Create a calendar in Google maps and import it for FREE

Have used this app for years after paying for it once. No since it was updated I have to pay all over again. Multiple payments now. Once the free trial is over I will be removing this app and going elsewhere. Instead of working to create an app to draw new users in all that has been successfully done is alienate long time users to drop the app and move elsewhere. Great work to whoever created this "wonderful" idea. You destroyed your massive client base by poor at best decision skills. This USED to be one of the best and most sought after scheduling apps on the market. Now in rapid fashion has captured the place of least desired. Congratulations you lost.

It took a little time to figure out the changes since the update, but the app works great! Excellent customer service! I emailed a few questions and had answers within an hour!

How do u buy something and then they ask you to buy it again? Like most these people I bought this app for 6 dollars and loved it. How do you re-charge me for it? Its fraud..

If a company sells you a product for a fixed price said product can not be amended to have a subscription fee after the fact! This is fraud and is illegal

Used this app for years. Now it suddenly wants you to pay a subscription for an app people paid money for. I dont see how Apple allows this. BTW, the old version was much better.

Paid one time fee for app years ago. Suddenly app requires annual membership fee. Would not recommend app as developer is willing to change terms and charge when price was already paid.

The update is a little frustrating to learn compared to the old app but it now allows u to sync with iCal which is huge. All tech support emails were answered almost right away, I even got a phone call to make it easier. The fact that its keeps track of all my OT, MXTs, sick time, vacation time, etc. is with the $.99 subscription charge.

Thanks for taking advantage of your brothers and sisters to pad your pockets. The updated version of this app is pure garbage and sneaks in an annual subscription fee after the free 30-day trial is over. Doesnt matter if you paid for the earlier version of the app or not. Ill be going back to a hand written calendar because this app just jumped the shark like every other shift calendar app with the exact same business model: "lets rip off our firefighter brothers and sisters". Its a calendar app for heavens sake, not Angry Birds or Candy Crush.

I have used this app for year, worked great for the different fire department schedule I was working. Do the apple update and now the money I paid for the app doesnt matter you want me to have a subscription,,, really. You took my money and now you want more. If you dont have this app stat away someone appears to have gotten money hungry. I will not be paying for the subscription, I will just delete the app. You got my money once, not going to get more since you changed your mind on a business model.....

When I first bought this app several years ago I loved it. After the new update, and the required monthly subscription, I will be deleting it.

Im gonna eat a little crow here. I too was not happy with the original update. In playing with the app and with Davids help he showed me how to sync across several calendars. It is still a work in progress. The new app will be way better than the old once all done.

They raise there price/terms and conditions and your only option is delete or pay whatever they decide their new rate is

Like others have stated, I have had this app for years and have been nothing but happy with it. But as of this moment I will be looking for a new app and will not be subscribing to this one. You took something good and made it bad. Some will like it and stay. I would have been ok if you could keep the old one as a free version and maybe had a subscription based one with more features. You betrayed your long term users.

I like this app and have used it for some time now. I have gotten a lot of my coworkers to download it also. One thing I would like to see added is the ability to have the shift labels show up on the actual calendar. When you set up the calendar you can set you shift labels, but that is the only place they show up. So Im not even sure why you have shift labels in the first place.

I purchased Firehouse Scheduler years ago for one time purchase. I think it is fraudulent to tell you that an update is available, you update it as you have many times, and now you have to pay a subscription fee!!!! I want my old version back! I am not going to recommend this to anyone else!!!

I hardly used the app which is why I looked for a subscription free app. I guess it’s time to move on.

GET RID OF ANNUAL FEE!!!!!!!!!!

I truly likes the older version of this app. I got a pop up one day saying my app needed to be updated, so I did and now I regret it. Im the wife of a fighter fighter and I found the old app easy to read, manageable, you could use emojis directly on the calendar and the best part about it was the calendar share. The calendar share was very, very easy and this new calendar share is too much and too complicated. I dont want it syncing to my icalendar. Thats not necessary. Please fix this or at least make it simplified.
